Thanks Jerkoff(s)...

I'd recently discussed with some friends the idea of putting together a list of the 'Top 5 Worst Places to Shart Yourself,' as I was pretty sure that I could come up with one or two definites for the list...Yet, I think that list is gonna have to wait a little while longer...

In the meantime, another list I've been considering is 'Top 5 Things I'd Rather Not Do Upon Returning from a Weekend at the River'...I don't necessarily know if I could come up with 5, but I'm pretty sure I could think of 3...

One of those three things would definitely be: 'Cleaning Out My Car (in the middle of the afternoon when the temperature was in the high 90s)'...This is especially true considering I had my fair share of Busch Lights the day--as well as night--before (among other things), and really just wanted to just lay on the couch and maybe catch up on some sleep after a fun weekend at the river...

Yet, you see, as I was being dropped off at home upon our return to Houston, we noticed that my trunk was wide open, and--upon further inspection--one of my car windows had been busted out...

So really I had no choice in this situation but to clean out my car, especially since it had been raining some already that day and the forecasts predicted more rain throughout the evening...

After cleaning out all the broken glass that I could get to, I then focused on all crap in the backseat of my car, including a random assortment of empty water and coke bottles that accumulated during my bar exam preparations, as well as a few pairs of shoes, a couple hats, and some other random junk...(I was planning on posting a photo of some of the glass that I had collected in one of the empty Starbucks cups in my backseat, but I think Teen Wolf threw it away before I could take the photo, thus preventing us from preserving this wonderful memory for all of eternity)...

After collecting all of the trash, my next step was to go through all of the stuff that was in my console and glovebox, and then hopefully assess the damage as to what exactly was missing...And this is the part that pisses me off the most...

You see, I don't think they took anything...I could be wrong of course, but I couldn't think of anything that was missing after cleaning out my car and going through all of its contents...

Basically, the jerkoff(s) busted out my window, probably saw that I had no cash/checks in the glovebox or console--and no laptop in the trunk--and so they then took off, leaving my trunk open for the rest of the night...

I'm sure the guys could have been scared off by a neighbor or maybe my ghetto car alarm was actually going off...I really don't know, however, as I've only been able to talk to one neighbor so far, and he didn't hear or see anything...All he saw was my trunk was wide open all of Sunday morning while he pruned his trees...

Since then, I've also managed to check with my bank, but no strange activity has occurred so far, although I should probably check again...

I also checked with another bank regarding an account that I rarely used, but I don't think they would've been able to access that account, as I've since found out that account has escheated to the state and I need to reclaim that 'abandoned property,' which is a whole 'nother story and whole 'nother blog...

Anyway, I was well aware that I needed to clean out my car soon...But still, I would've preferred not to have to pay $180 for a new window in the process...

Thanks Jerkoff(s)...

Shart List:
1. During your wedding ceremony
2. During a trial
3. Anytime while "going commando" and wearing white pants
4. Early in a first date with a hot girl
5. During job interview

Sucks about your car. I recently got broken into as well but they didn't break a window. They didn't have to because I left the frickin' doors unlocked. The only thing they stole was my prized set of darts with the case. Total value of about $70.
