A little time to burn...

Finally, after dealing with three or four weeks of finals, returning to work, sending out holiday greeting cards, and shopping for Christmas presents, I've found a little free time to sit back and write down some of the many random thoughts that have been floating around in my head this last month or so...

Hopefully I will have a chance to post a few times over the next week or so, and if anyone actually stops by this site to check up on me, I hope you enjoy some of what I've got to say...
